PRIMARY METHODOLOGY

 

CranioSacral Therapy

I work with the Craniosacral rhythm to regulate cerebral spinal fluid; myofascial release; muscular skeletal system; organs; and use image and dialogue. I use these techniques as your inner physician indicates through intuitive and specific scientific markers in your bodies response. As indicated by your inner physician I may incorporate sound therapy techniques into a craniosacral session. I work with infants, children and adults who present with a wide range of symptoms and conditions. CST facilitates inner healing, personal growth and change. CST uses a combination voice dialogue techniques and light touch approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction. These techniques are often done on a padded table, however comfort of the client is important, as children often can not be still and movement is necessary. Another option that is extremely valuable is Aqua CST, this session is done in water, swimming pool or any natural body of water. Aqua CST allows for optimal experience in full range of movement for releasing restrictions.

Sound Therapy

I have studied with Joseph Schmidlin, a classical osteopath, to integrate my former knowledge and experience with sound therapy using BioSonic tuning forks and now have incorporated crystal and metal singing bowls; native American flute and drum; a tribal pan flute; and an ocean drum into my therapy work. This work helps to regulate the bodily vibrations from the general to the specific through the means of sonic vibrational medicine. Vibrational medicine employs objects that resonate to go beyond relaxation to stimulate healing. I used sound therapy for chakrah and energy balancing, specific meridians, and general relaxation.

Intuitive Spirit Medium

I have an intuitive gift to bridge the spirit world to the natural world through communication with departed loved ones. I have had this gift for my entire life. I see and hear as I would any other person, but with a spiritual aura.

​Intuitive Guidance and Card Readings

Physic readings give insight into relationships, careers, and finances. When appropriate I incorporate oracle cards or tarot cards to help individuals seeking guidance.

Reflexology

This modality involves application of pressure to specific reflex points in the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques to induce a healing response in corresponding organs and areas of the body. I have practiced and studied reflexology for more than 20 years.
