BIO

I began my Craniosacral Therapy(CST) training under two classical doctors of osteopathy. I continued my training through the Upledger Institute. I have completed advance level Craniosacral therapy training and I am also a teaching assistant with the Upledger Institute.

I work with people who desire transformational change. I have experience working with individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury(TBI) including post-surgical, sports injuries, concussions, and PTSD. I have also worked with individuals with ADHD, Down Syndrome, Autism Spectrum, Intellectually Disabled and a range of learning disabilities. In addition I have worked with victims of sexual, physical and emotional abuse, life cycle trauma, and those struggling with addiction.

I am knowledgeable regarding various alternative and minority lifestyles and sexuality including LGBTQ, kink, and polyamory.

I am experienced in multi-hand therapy and have worked with other therapist regularly from the beginning of my training, which is not often the case, both as lead and secondary therapist.

I also have frequent experience with aqua CST. I have given sessions in the ocean, natural bodies of water, and most commonly in swimming pools. The water allows for a unique experience. The water holds space and supports full movement for release.

I also work with animals. Other species assist in the therapeutic process and healing.I have experienced dolphin assisted CST sessions and equine assisted CST, with phenomenal results. I also have experience using CST on Horses, Cats and Dogs. The benefits are amazing and can help animals that have suffered abuse, overcome injury, helps them with anxiety, and relocation stress.

This work greatly impacted my life personally and forged the way to embrace myself as a facilitator in others healing journey.
